This salted caramel chocolate tort comes courtesy of Katie Cakes.

I’ve never been entirely sure about salted caramel, but my mind is well and truly made up now, teamed with a light biscuit base and chocolate it’s definitely got it’s place in my top ten dessert flavours.
Not a recipe for the faint hearted, but definitely worth spending some time perfecting.
